The town of Zheleznovodsk
Zheleznovodsk is a town in Stavropol Krai, Russia. Its population is around 25 000. The name of the town aproximatly says that this is a town with waters containing iron, because in nearby areas there are water springs containing big amount of irom and considering to be good health.
Zheleznovodsk, along with Pyatigorsk, Yessentuki, Kislovodsk, and Mineralny Vody, is a part of the Caucasus Mineral Waters. This region is a famous Russian spa resort from the past. In 19th Century reach people visited this towns for medical treatment. The town economy is based on sanatorias, where dozens of thousands of people from all over Russia and former Soviet republics come year-around in order to get special medical treatment such as mud cure, colonic treatment, drinking mineral waters etc. in order to prevent and treat stomach, kidney, and liver diseases.

Dombay
Dombay is an area of mountains in The Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The territory is situated 65 km away from The Mount Elbrus and 65 km away from The Black Sea.
Dombay is popular as a resort for skiing, snowboarding, or other mountain sports. There are a lot of groom runs, many ropeways of several kinds.
